I work with individuals in all ages and stages. I’ve worked extensively with young adults and their families in high acuity treatment settings. When appropriate, I love bringing parents into the therapy space for parent coaching and family therapy to bolster therapeutic progress for clients. I support all individuals in resolving childhood trauma, addressing underlying causes of anxiety and depression, developing self awareness, and building a strong sense of self worth and confidence.
I specialize in the treatment of trauma disorders as a certified EMDR provider with advanced training in post traumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, attachment disorders, and family dysfunction. Therapy is a transformative process and I bring my lived experience into sessions to ensure the journey is filled with warmth and safety.
If you’re looking to start individual therapy, feel free to reach out to learn more about how therapy can support you.

I bring an attachment perspective into couples therapy to support both partners in recognizing how upbringing, past relationships, and family cultures shape our romantic relationships. I work with heterosexual, queer, poly, and trans clients. Together we will set goals, identify dysfunctional patterns, improve communication, and resolve conflict in order to build a healthier relationship future.

I’ve witnessed incredible change and healing when families enter into the therapy space together. I support families in addressing how family cycles, culture, religion, expectations, and stressors impact relationship health. I utilize an attachment and family systems lens to support families in healing and experiencing healthy familial connections. Change happens fast in family therapy as client’s externalize the unspoken, acknowledge pain, and offer safety.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is utilized in the treatment of trauma disorders such as PTSD and complex trauma but is also highly effective when working with anxiety, depression, anxiety, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Together we can identify past memories that cause distress in daily life and reduce their impact on overall functioning. It’s possible and necessary to create space for healing from past wounds.
What to Expect
After you initially reach out, we will schedule a 15 minute phone consultation. This is an informal call to discuss what you are hoping work on in therapy, how I can help you, and to set a date/time for an intake session.
Our initial session will be ~50 minutes and will be our first opportunity to chat about who you are, what brought you to this space, and what is important to you. I love first sessions as there is limitless potential for what we can chat about, learn, and identify!
At the end of our first session we will make sure we have a recurring time to meet moving forward and are on the same page regarding your treatment goals.
From there, you are on your therapy journey and the best is yet to come!
